We use the finest quality dark & semi-sweet chocolate (and lots of it!) and for a little kick we add some espresso to make these insanely decadent chocolate caramels! A tootsie roll for grownups!
All of our caramels are carefully handcrafted in small batches with the freshest of ingredients and no preservatives. We find that they keep nicely in the refrigerator and are best enjoyed within 3 weeks. Caramels can last up to 6 months if stored in the freezer and brought to room temperature before enjoying.
"Medium" contains 1/4 pound freshly made caramels.
"Large" contains 1/2 pound freshly made caramels.
